Description des tâches:Ramen Chef – TZoneBobaNew Product Line | Authentic Japanese RamenTZoneBoba is expanding its menu with a new ramen product line and is looking for an experienced, passionate Ramen Chef to develop and prepare authentic Japanese ramen from scratch.We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive hands-on experience in ramen preparation, a strong understanding of Japanese cooking techniques, and a commitment to quality, freshness, and authenticity.Key Responsibilities• Prepare authentic ramen entirely from scratch, including broths, tare (seasoning bases), aromatic oils, and toppings.• Develop and refine ramen recipes to create a distinctive and high-quality product line for TZoneBoba.• Prepare fresh ingredients and, where applicable, homemade ramen noodles without relying on premade or ready-to-use products.• Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.• Manage ingredient preparation, stock rotation, food storage, and kitchen hygiene.• Contribute creative ideas for new ramen dishes that fit TZoneBoba's brand and customer preferences.• Ensure efficient kitchen operations and maintain high food safety standards.Required Qualifications• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Ramen Chef, with proven hands-on expertise in authentic ramen preparation.• Demonstrated ability to make ramen from scratch, including broth preparation and the development of seasoning bases, sauces, and toppings.• Strong knowledge of Japanese ramen styles, cooking methods, and ingredient selection.• Vietnamese language proficiency is required.• Basic conversational Japanese is required to communicate about ramen techniques, ingredients, and traditional preparation methods.• A strong commitment to using fresh ingredients and preparing products in-house rather than relying on premade broths, sauces, or other ready-made components.• Excellent attention to detail, cleanliness, consistency, and food quality.• Ability to work independently, take ownership of the ramen menu, and help establish a successful new product line.What We Offer• The opportunity to build and develop a new ramen product line at TZoneBoba.• Creative freedom to contribute recipes, techniques, and menu ideas.• A dynamic working environment with opportunities to grow alongside an expanding brand.• The chance to bring authentic, handcrafted ramen to our customers.Our Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a true ramen specialist who understands that excellent ramen begins with time, technique, and quality ingredients.
