Job Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with daily HR administration and general office duties.
- Support recruitment activities, including resume screening, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and following up with applicants.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, HR forms and employee records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, attendance and leave records.
- Assist with payroll preparation and related administrative matters.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals and other employment-related documentation.
- Follow up with employees, supervisors and managers on outstanding HR and operational matters.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support HR projects and improvements to administrative processes.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
- Provide operational and administrative support at different assigned work sites.
- Travel between office and work sites as required to support daily operations and coordinate with site supervisors and employees.
- Perform other HR, operational and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR administration, payroll and employment documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to travel between different work locations in a roving work environment.
- Responsible, organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally.
