岗位职责： 1. 负责海外短剧项目的全流程统筹管理，从项目立项、策划筹备、拍摄制作到发行落地全环节把控，制定项目整体推进计划，确保项目按时、按质、按量完成。 2. 主导项目资源整合与协调，包括团队搭建（对接导演、主编、编剧等核心岗位）、资金统筹、拍摄场地/设备/演员等资源对接，同时拓展海外合作资源（如当地制作团队、发行平台、版权方等），保障项目顺利推进。 3. 负责项目成本管控与预算管理，制定详细的项目预算方案，严格把控各环节开支，优化资源配置，确保项目成本控制在预算范围内，实现项目商业价值最大化。 4. 统筹协调跨部门及海外合作方沟通，建立高效的沟通机制，及时解决项目推进过程中出现的各类问题（如进度延误、资源冲突、跨文化协作分歧等），保障项目节奏稳定。 5. 负责项目风险把控，包括海外政策合规、文化禁忌、市场风险、安全风险等，建立风险预警机制，制定应对方案，确保项目合规落地与发行。 6. 主导项目发行与市场推广相关协调工作，对接海外发行平台，配合运营团队制定发行策略，跟进项目上线后的市场反馈与数据表现，推动项目商业转化与口碑提升。

任职要求： 1. 大专学历以上，5年以上影视、短剧项目制片管理经验，具备海外短剧、影视项目全流程操盘经验者优先；拥有海外影视公司、发行平台或跨境内容合作相关工作背景者优先，外籍人士与国内人才均可，需要美签。 2. 精通海外短剧项目制作全流程，熟悉海外不同区域（如欧美）的影视制作规则、发行渠道及合规要求，具备成熟的海外项目操盘案例者优先。 3. 具备优秀的资源整合能力与商务拓展能力，拥有丰富的海外影视行业资源（制作、发行、演员、场地等），能高效协调各类资源保障项目推进。 4. 具备扎实的成本管控与预算管理能力，能精准制定项目预算并严格执行，具备良好的数据分析能力与商业判断力，能为项目商业价值提升提供决策支持。 5. 具备卓越的跨文化沟通协调能力、问题解决能力与团队管理能力，抗压能力强，能适应海外项目快节奏、多变动的工作环境，高效统筹团队完成项目目标。 6. 工作责任心强，具备良好的风险把控意识与全局观，对海外短剧市场有敏锐的洞察力，能精准把握市场趋势与商业机会。
