岗位职责 1、负责TVC广告、品牌宣传片、产品广告片的全流程后期制作，涵盖剪辑、调色、配乐、字幕、特效包装及合成输出等完整环节； 2、熟练运用公司自有AI智能剪辑、AI字幕、AI配音、AI画质修复等工具，高效完成成片输出，在提升制作效率的同时保障画面质感与商业调性的统一； 3、基于广告脚本创意、品牌调性需求及各投放平台特性，精准把控成片的叙事节奏、画面风格与整体质感，打造兼具高端调性与转化力的TVC广告成片； 4、高效对接客户修改需求，完成成片快速迭代与优化交付，系统整理后期素材与成片案例，持续完善公司作品库； 5、结合AI工具能力持续迭代剪辑流程，沉淀标准化剪辑模板与SOP，驱动新业务批量出品效率的规模化提升。

任职要求 1、2年以上TVC广告、宣传片、商业短视频剪辑经验，具备独立完成成片制作的专业能力； 2、优秀的调色能力、审美判断与节奏把控能力，熟悉商业广告包装逻辑与视觉传达规范，有高端TVC成片案例者优先； 3、精通AI内容制作及剪辑工具，有短剧后期制作经验者优先，具备快速学习与工具适配能力，能快速适配公司自研AI工具； 4、工作耐心细致，对画面质量有高标准要求，能够高效响应并完成客户修改需求，适配业务交付节奏。
