Build strong relationships with fabric vendors, processors, dyeing units, printing houses, and finishing facilities.

Procure fabrics that meet design, quality, commercial, and delivery requirements.

Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), payment terms, and lead times to achieve the best commercial outcomes.

Ensure timely development and procurement of fabric samples for design and merchandising teams.

Coordinate with suppliers for lab dips, strike-offs, swatches, testing, and approvals.

Monitor production timelines and proactively resolve supply chain bottlenecks.

Stay updated on market trends, fabric innovations, seasonal developments, pricing fluctuations, and availability.

Maintain accurate records of supplier databases, quotations, developments, and purchase history.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–8 years of experience in fabric sourcing, textile procurement, or fabric merchandising.

Strong existing network of fabric manufacturers, mills, traders, converters, and textile processors across India.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
