We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven Project Manager/Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of our SaaS product initiatives. You'll be responsible for keeping teams aligned, managing dependencies, setting realistic delivery commitments, and ensuring releases stay on schedule. You'll work closely with product, engineering, DevOps, QA, data, and client-side teams. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

Delivery & Planning

  • Own project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments, providing realistic ETAs and trade-off options.
  • Run Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies across development, DevOps, QA, and data teams.
  • Maintain release calendars, deployment coordination, RAID logs, and escalation paths.
  • Track deployed, upcoming, and at-risk deliverables, ensuring timely QA sign-offs.

Stakeholder Management

  • Be the single point of truth on project health, delivery status, risks, and timelines.
  • Prepare weekly executive status reports and delivery dashboards.
  • Manage client expectations across multi-team programs and drive delivery through teams that may not report directly to you.
  • Run alignment sessions across product, engineering, and client-side stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks proactively with mitigation plans and clear recommendations or decision requests.

SaaS Product Operations

  • Coordinate phased rollouts, feature flags, and canary releases.
  • Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline schedules and deployment dependencies.
  • Track SLA adherence, uptime commitments, and release readiness.
  • Coordinate subscription tier migrations, data cutovers, and related delivery activities.

Quality & Process

  • Follow delivery governance practices and maintain clear project documentation.
  • Lead post-mortems and blameless retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Track delivery metrics, including sprint spillover, cycle time, capacity, defects, velocity, and release predictability.
  • Partner with QA on test planning, issue resolution, and release sign-offs.

Requirements

Experience

  • 8+ years in software delivery or project management.
  • At least 3 years as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent, managing multi-team Agile programs.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients and distributed global teams.
  • Experience coordinating client-side Scrum Masters, architects, QA, and other stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Ability to work full-time on a dedicated enterprise client account, with evening overlap with US Central Time.

Methodology

  • Hands-on Agile/Scrum/Kanban expertise, including Scrum of Scrums and cross-team coordination.
  • Experience with dependency management, risk mitigation, release planning, and delivery governance.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into realistic delivery commitments, ETAs, and trade-off options.

Education

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field.
  • MBA in Operations/Product Management (preferred).

Technical proficiency

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira, including building custom queries and dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, .NET microservices, and CI/CD to assess technical dependencies and delivery timelines.
  • Ability to track and report delivery metrics, including sprint spillover, cycle time, capacity, and defects.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, REST APIs, cloud concepts, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

Certifications (preferred)

  • PMP — Project Management Professional.
  • CSM — Certified Scrum Master.
  • SAFe Agilist or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
