Schichtleitung & Leitstand – vereint in einer Rolle

Du führst ein Team im Schichtbetrieb und übernimmst gleichzeitig operative Aufgaben im Leitstand. Du sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe funktionieren, Informationen fließen und das Lager jeden Tag stabil läuft.

Du bist präsent auf der Fläche und steuerst die Prozesse im Leitstand – genau dort, wo beide Welten zusammenkommen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst dein Team im Schichtbetrieb und gehst als Vorbild voran
  • Du überwachst und steuerst die täglichen Lagerprozesse im Leitstand
  • Du arbeitest aktiv mit SAP (MM/WM/EWM) und MS Office
  • Du koordinierst Wareneingang, Warenausgang und interne Materialflüsse
  • Du planst Schichten, Ressourcen und Prioritäten
  • Du erkennst Störungen frühzeitig und leitest Maßnahmen ein
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts‑, Sicherheits‑ und Prozessvorgaben sicher
  • Du dokumentierst Kennzahlen, Abweichungen und Prozessdaten
  • Du unterstützt operative Mitarbeitende mit klaren Informationen und Anweisungen
  • Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen Schichten und Leitstand

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im Lager, in der Logistik oder im Leitstand
  • Routine in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden im Schichtbetrieb
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, Abläufe zu steuern statt nur abzuarbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und klare Priorisierung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3‑Schicht‑System
  • Präsenz auf der Fläche – nicht nur am Schreibtisch
