Wir suchen einen Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), der unsere Finanzbuchhaltung fachlich stärkt, Verantwortung übernimmt und mit einem strukturierten Blick für Zahlen überzeugt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung der internen Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive fachlicher Anleitung des Teams sowie aktiver Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Verantwortung für Hauptbuch-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und behördlichen Meldungen
  • Erstellung von Reports, Auswertungen und Kennzahlen
  • Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanungen, Forecasts und Jahresabschlussprüfungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse und interner Abläufe
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und interne Fachbereiche

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder Bilanzierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB sowie im Bereich Jahresabschlüsse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssystemen und MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, Genauigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Prozesse mitzugestalten
