Coordonarea schimbului și activitatea operațională – reunite într-un singur rol

Îți coordonezi echipa în timpul schimbului și, în același timp, lucrezi activ alături de aceasta – exact acolo unde se realizează calitatea pieselor turnate. Preiei datele comenzilor de la client, planifici repartizarea angajaților și te asiguri că prelucrarea pieselor se realizează corect, conform timpilor standard și instrucțiunilor de lucru. Ești prezent pe linia de producție, supraveghezi procesele, identifici abaterile și contribui la menținerea stabilității producției.

Responsabilitățile tale

  • Coordonezi echipa în timpul schimbului și dai un exemplu prin propria activitate
  • Preiei datele comenzilor de la clienți și repartizezi angajații conform cerințelor
  • Lucrezi activ, în special la verificarea și curățarea pieselor
  • Supraveghezi procesele de lucru la fața locului și raportezi abaterile superiorilor
  • Ești responsabil de planificarea personalului și de repartizarea angajaților în schimbul tău
  • Efectuezi controale de calitate asupra pieselor turnate
  • Verifici periodic cunoștințele și abilitățile angajaților
  • Monitorizezi costurile și asiguri raportarea corectă către superiori

Ce trebuie să aduci cu tine

  • Experiență în coordonarea angajaților
  • De preferat, cunoștințe în domeniul metalurgiei sau al turnătoriei
  • Cunoștințe foarte bune de limba engleză
  • Experiență în supravegherea și coordonarea proceselor de lucru
  • Cunoștințe privind controlul costurilor și raportarea
  • Un mod de lucru structurat, de încredere și orientat spre soluții
  • Abilități bune de comunicare, responsabilitate și spirit de echipă
  • Disponibilitatea de a lucra în sistem de schimburi
  • Prezență activă în zona de producție – nu doar la birou
