Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die den Finanzbereich unserer Unternehmensgruppe aktiv steuert, weiterentwickelt und als Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung agiert.

Bei uns übernehmen Sie nicht nur Verantwortung für Zahlen, sondern für die finanzielle Steuerung einer gesamten Unternehmensgruppe.

Sie analysieren Entwicklungen, schaffen Transparenz, entwickeln Strukturen weiter und sorgen dafür, dass fundierte Entscheidungen auf einer verlässlichen Datenbasis getroffen werden können.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für laufende Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Finanzbereich
  • Sicherstellung ordnungsgemäßer Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Geschäftsführung
  • Aufbau und Optimierung von Prozessen, Standards und Strukturen
  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Liquiditätssteuerung
  • Unterstützung bei Investitionsentscheidungen, Unternehmenszukäufen und Sonderprojekten
  • Ansprechpartner für Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und externe Partner
  • Weiterentwicklung einer modernen und zukunftsorientierten Finanzorganisation

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ Qualifikation als Steuerberater (m/w/d), Wirtschaftsprüfer (m/w/d), Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten
