Deine Aufgabe

Als Produktionsplaner & Steuerer (PPS) unterstützt du den Projektleiter organisatorisch und administrativ. Du sorgst dafür, dass Planung, Daten, Kennzahlen und Kommunikation sauber laufen, damit der Projektleiter sich vollständig auf die Führung des Teams beim Kunden konzentrieren kann.

Deine Aufgaben im Detail

  • Planung und Steuerung der täglichen Einsätze und Schichten
  • Pflege von Verfügbarkeiten, Anwesenheiten und Einsatzplänen
  • Überwachung und Auswertung von Produktionskennzahlen
  • Analyse von Abweichungen und Vorbereitung der Daten für die Projektleitung
  • Dokumentation von Leistungen, Kennzahlen und relevanten Vorgängen
  • Administrative Unterstützung im Projektalltag
  • Koordination von Informationen zwischen Projektleitung, Kunde und internen Bereichen
  • Sicherstellung sauberer Prozesse, Fristen und Strukturen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung, Schichtplanung, Einsatzsteuerung oder einer ähnlichen organisatorischen Rolle
  • Alternativ: Hintergrund aus Produktion, Logistik oder Qualitätssicherung mit dem Wunsch, in eine reine Bürotätigkeit zu wechseln
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Routine im Umgang mit Kennzahlen, Tabellen und Planungstools
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freude an Organisation, Planung und Prozessstabilität
