Seit 1995 realisiert Stacklies Catering & Events Veranstaltungen mit bis zu 3.000 Gästen – Corporate Events, Gala‑Abende, Award‑Verleihungen, Sommerfeste, Produktpräsentationen und große Firmenveranstaltungen.

Wir suchen jemanden, der anspruchsvolle Events nicht nur begleitet, sondern wirklich führt, von der ersten Anfrage bis zur finalen Abrechnung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du qualifizierst und bearbeitest Eventanfragen
  • Du berätst Kunden professionell und erstellst individuelle Angebote
  • Du steuerst Abläufe, Timing, Personal, Technik, Logistik und Dienstleister
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Küche, Service, Technik, Deko und externen Partnern
  • Du leitest Events vor Ort souverän – auch wenn es stressig wird
  • Du übernimmst Nachbereitung, Abrechnung und Wiederbuchermanagement
  • Du hältst alle Beteiligten informiert und sorgst für reibungslose Kommunikation
  • Du stellst Qualität, Sicherheit und Professionalität sicher – in jeder Phase des Events

Das bringst du mit

  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Teams und Dienstleistern
  • Verständnis für Gastronomie, Catering und Eventabläufe
  • Stressresistenz, Organisationstalent und Gastgeber‑Mentalität
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Freude daran, Events nicht nur zu betreuen, sondern zu gestalten
