Schichtleitung & operative Mitarbeit – vereint in einer Rolle

Du führst dein Team im Schichtbetrieb und arbeitest gleichzeitig aktiv mit – genau dort, wo die Qualität unserer Gussteile entsteht. Du nimmst Auftragsdaten vom Kunden auf, planst die Einsätze deiner Mitarbeitenden und sorgst dafür, dass die Bearbeitung der Teile nach Vorgabezeiten und Hinweisen sauber umgesetzt wird. Du bist präsent auf der Fläche, überwachst Abläufe, erkennst Abweichungen und hältst die Produktion stabil.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst dein Team im Schichtbetrieb und gehst als Vorbild voran
  • Du nimmst Auftragsdaten vom Kunden auf und teilst deine Mitarbeitenden nach Vorgaben ein Du arbeitest mit – insbesondere bei der Teilekontrolle und beim Putzen
  • Du überwachst die Arbeitsabläufe vor Ort und meldest Abweichungen an die Vorgesetzten
  • Du verantwortest die Personalplanung und Einsatzsteuerung deiner Schicht
  • Du führst Qualitätskontrollen an gefertigten Gusserzeugnissen durch
  • Du überprüfst regelmäßig Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten deiner Mitarbeitenden
  • Du behältst Kosten im Blick und führst ein sauberes Reporting an die Vorgesetzten

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Metall oder Guss
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Routine in der Überwachung und Steuerung von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Kenntnisse in Kostenkontrolle und Reporting
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
  • Präsenz auf der Fläche – nicht nur am Schreibtisch
