Du liebst es, Menschen zu erreichen, Gespräche zu öffnen und Türen aufzustoßen? Du willst im Vertrieb durchstarten und suchst eine Rolle, in der du sichtbare Wirkung hast?

Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Setter B2B (m/w/d).

Du bist der erste Kontakt zu unseren potenziellen Kunden. Du identifizierst Entscheider, stellst unser Leistungsportfolio vor und sorgst dafür, dass unser Vertrieb mit den richtigen Menschen zur richtigen Zeit spricht.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du übernimmst die telefonische Erstansprache und baust die Pipeline auf, die unser Vertrieb zum Abschluss braucht:

• Du identifizierst relevante Ansprechpartner in Zielunternehmen.

• Du übernimmst die telefonische Erstansprache (Cold Calling).

• Du stellst unser Leistungsportfolio klar und überzeugend vor.

• Du erkennst Bedarf, Potenzial und Entscheidungsreife.

• Du vereinbarst qualifizierte Termine für unseren Vertrieb.

• Du pflegst alle Aktivitäten sauber im CRM.

• Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb & Geschäftsführung zusammen.

• Du baust eine stabile Pipeline auf und entwickelst sie weiter.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

• Erste Erfahrung im telefonischen Vertrieb, Telesales oder Kundenkontakt

• Freude am Telefonieren und keine Scheu vor Kaltakquise

• Klare, freundliche und überzeugende Kommunikation

• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenmotivation

• Sicherer Umgang mit PC & CRM Systemen

• Deutschkenntnisse auf C1 Niveau

• Tätigkeit ausschließlich vor Ort in Laatzen
