Ihre Aufgaben

  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Hauptbuch)
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei Monats‑ und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weiteren Meldungen
  • Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen und Klärung offener Posten
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Reports und Kennzahlen
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung digitaler Buchhaltungsprozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater und internen Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r
  • Berufserfahrung in Buchhaltung oder Steuerabteilung
  • Sehr sichere DATEV‑Kenntnisse zwingend erforderlich
  • Ganzheitliches Verständnis für Buchhaltung und steuerliche Zusammenhänge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an stabilen Prozessen
