Als Teamleiter Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung und tragen aktiv dazu bei, Prozesse, Strukturen und Standards innerhalb unserer Unternehmensgruppe weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Operative Mitarbeit in den Bereichen Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Hauptbuch- und Anlagenbuchhaltung sowie Zahlungsverkehr
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesgeschäfts und einer hohen Datenqualität
  • Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Weiterentwicklung, Strukturierung und Digitalisierung bestehender Prozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Optimierung von Standards innerhalb der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und interne Fachbereiche
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Controlling und Finanzleitung
  • Mitwirkung bei Auswertungen, Reportings und finanzwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder der Wunsch, den nächsten Karriereschritt zu gehen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im HGB sowie im Bereich Abschlusserstellung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Office
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamorientierung und Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
