Mache Deine Leidenschaft für Hunde und Katzen zum Beruf! Du begeisterst Dich für Hunde und Katzen und möchtest Tierhalter kompetent bei der Ernährung ihrer Vierbeiner beraten? Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Erfahrung in der Tierernährungsberatung mit und möchtest Dein Wissen täglich in der Praxis einsetzen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für unseren Kundenservice und unseren Produktionsverkauf. Der Schwerpunkt Deiner Tätigkeit liegt in der kompetenten Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden – telefonisch, schriftlich und persönlich vor Ort.

Dein Arbeitsalltag ist abwechslungsreich: Du arbeitest im 4-Wochen-Rhythmus in unseren beiden Bereichen:

  • 3 Wochen Kundenservice: Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung unserer Onlineshop-Kunden, individuelle Futterberatung, Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Kundenanfragen.
  • 1 Woche Produktionsverkauf: Persönliche Beratung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden, Verkauf an unserer BARF-Frischetheke sowie Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft.

Deine Aufgaben

Kundenservice (ca. 75 %)

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Beratung unserer Privatkunden
  • Individuelle Futterberatung für Hunde und Katzen
  • Unterstützung bei der Produktauswahl
  • Aktive Beratung und Verkauf unserer Futter-Abonnements
  • Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Reklamationen
  • Erfassung von Bestellungen im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Stammdaten
  • Betreuung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Wiedervorlagen (keine Kaltakquise)

Produktionsverkauf (ca. 25 %)

  • Persönliche Kundenberatung und Verkauf
  • Individuelle Futterberatung
  • Verkauf an unserer BARF-Frischetheke
  • Bedienung der Kasse inklusive Kassenabschluss
  • Warenbestellungen, Wareneingangskontrollen und Inventuren
  • Warenpräsentation sowie Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit
  • Unterstützung bei Messen und regionalen Veranstaltungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung oder im Verkauf
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Tierernährungsberatung für Hunde und Katzen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich BARF oder artgerechter Tierernährung sind wünschenswert
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Eine freundliche Telefonstimme und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Anwendungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
