Jouw rol als Area Coach

Als Area Coach geef je leiding aan en ondersteun je meerdere restaurantteams in Nederland. Je zorgt ervoor dat hoge standaarden worden behaald op het gebied van operatie, gastbeleving, talentontwikkeling en financiële prestaties. In nauwe samenwerking met Restaurant General Managers bouw je betrokken teams, stimuleer je resultaten en draag je de Taco Bell-cultuur uit.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Leidinggeven aan, coachen en ontwikkelen van restaurantteams om uitstekende normen op het gebied van voedselkwaliteit, service en hygiëne te realiseren
  • Ondersteunen en ontwikkelen van Restaurant General Managers om leiderschapsvaardigheden en operationele prestaties verder te versterken
  • Verbeteren van restaurantprestaties door analyse van belangrijke KPI’s en het implementeren van verbeterplannen
  • Zorgen voor een consistent hoog niveau van gasttevredenheid op alle locaties
  • Waarborgen van naleving van bedrijfsbeleid, voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften, gezondheids- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen en merkstandaarden
  • Monitoren en verbeteren van omzet, winstgevendheid, personeelsplanning en operationele efficiëntie
  • Ondersteunen bij restaurantopeningen, trainingsinitiatieven en strategische groeiplannen waar nodig

Wat breng jij mee?

  • 2–5 jaar ervaring in het aansturen van meerdere locaties binnen QSR, hospitality, retail of een vergelijkbare dynamische omgeving
  • Een bewezen staat van dienst in het realiseren van omzetgroei en sterke operationele resultaten
  • Sterke leiderschaps-, coachings- en ontwikkelingsvaardigheden
  • Uitstekende communicatieve, organisatorische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Commercieel inzicht en een goed begrip van KPI’s en bedrijfsprestaties
  • Een geldig rijbewijs en bereidheid om regelmatig door Nederland te reizen
  • Vloeiende beheersing van de Engelse taal; kennis van het Nederlands is een pré
