Jouw rol

Als Shift Manager ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het restaurant en zorg je ervoor dat alles tijdens jouw dienst soepel verloopt. Samen met het managementteam stuur je het team aan en zorg je voor een geweldige ervaring voor onze gasten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Samenwerken met de Assistent Restaurant Manager om de prestaties van het restaurant verder te verbeteren.
  • Coachen, motiveren en aansturen van medewerkers tijdens jouw dienst.
  • Het creëren van een positieve, energieke en resultaatgerichte werksfeer.
  • Het geven van het juiste voorbeeld op het gebied van gastvrijheid en service.
  • Waarborgen van voedselveiligheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid van bestellingen.
  • Toezien op naleving van gezondheids-, veiligheids- en bedrijfsvoorschriften.
