Qualifications Required: • Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • Three or more years of experience in healthcare operations, patient access, reimbursement, provider relations, customer service, or clinical support. • Experience communicating directly with healthcare providers, physician offices, clinics, or patients and managing high-volume phone and email communications. • Working knowledge of healthcare operations, medical terminology, clinical documentation, reimbursement processes, and HIPAA requirements. • Strong customer service, verbal and written communication, telephone communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organization, prioritization, follow-up, and escalation-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple requests, assess appropriate resolution pathways, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Preferred: • Bachelor's degree. • Experience with medical devices, durable medical equipment, payer operations, prior authorization, reimbursement, or revenue cycle management. • Experience supporting provider offices or coordinating clinical documentation. • Knowledge of insurance verification, prior authorization, appeals, and medical documentation requirements. • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, workflow management, contact center, or service center environments.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
