ASKK AB söker en driftledare med gedigen erfarenhet av Unit4 ERP för att förstärka vår leverans. Vi söker dig som kombinerar teknisk systemförståelse med förmågan att planera, samordna och följa upp förvaltnings- och driftaktiviteter. Om rollen Som driftledare arbetar du med att säkerställa en stabil och välfungerande Unit4 ERP-miljö. Du har en central roll i samordningen mellan verksamhet, tekniska specialister och övriga leveransfunktioner. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

Planering, samordning och uppföljning av drift- och förvaltningsaktiviteter.

Koordinering av incidenter, problem, förändringar och systemuppgraderingar.

Uppföljning av systemstabilitet, kvalitet och leveranser.

Samverkan med verksamhet, IT-organisation och externa leverantörer.

Dokumentation, förbättringsarbete och utveckling av förvaltningsrutiner. Vi söker dig som Har flerårig dokumenterad erfarenhet av Unit4 ERP/Agresso.

Har erfarenhet av driftledning, systemförvaltning eller teknisk förvaltningssamordning.

Har god förståelse för ERP-systemets tekniska och verksamhetsmässiga beroenden.

Har förmåga att strukturera, prioritera och samordna komplexa aktiviteter.

Är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och trygg i dialog med olika intressenter.

Erfarenhet av ITIL, förändringshantering, offentlig sektor och komplexa systemmiljöer är meriterande.
