Stommen Group söker en Business Controller med huvudsakligt fokus på Affari of Sweden. Du anställs i Stommen Group och blir en del av Affari of Swedens ledningsgrupp där du arbetar mycket nära VD, rapporterar till koncernens redovisningschef/CFO samt samarbetar med den gemensamma ekonomifunktionen. Rollen förenar kvalificerad redovisning och rapportering med analys, affärsförståelse och förbättringsarbete. Du behöver både kunna arbeta operativt med detaljerna och hjälpa verksamheten att fatta kloka beslut på kort och lång sikt.

Här får du möjlighet att göra konkret skillnad i en verksamhet som utvecklas och arbetar med att stärka sin lönsamhet. Uppdraget är brett och självständigt, med nära kontakt med beslutsfattare och möjlighet att bidra till både Affari of Sweden och koncernens gemensamma ekonomiarbete.

Tjänsten är placerad i Markaryd.

Arbetsuppgifter

• Arbeta med månads-, kvartals- och årsbokslut samt rapportering till koncernen.

• Driva budget- och prognosarbete samt upprätta likviditetsprognoser.

• Följa upp resultat, avvikelser, nyckeltal och ekonomiska trender.

• Ta fram tydliga analyser och beslutsunderlag till VD, ledningsgrupp och styrelse.

• Utveckla ekonomiska rutiner, rapportering och verksamhetsnära styrning.

• Delta i koncerngemensamma projekt och samarbeta nära övriga ekonomifunktioner.

Du blir en viktig länk mellan den operativa verksamheten och koncernens ekonomistyrning. En viktig del av uppdraget är att ställa relevanta frågor, skapa förståelse för siffrorna och bidra med framåtriktade rekommendationer.

Om dig

Vi söker dig som har:

• Erfarenhet av controlling, kvalificerad redovisning eller liknande ekonomiarbete.

• God förståelse för bokslut, rapportering, budget och prognoser.

• Förmåga att analysera resultat och omsätta siffror till affärsnära slutsatser.

• Erfarenhet av samarbete med chefer, ledning eller andra beslutsfattare.

• Mycket goda Excelkunskaper och god svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

• God systemvana och förmåga att arbeta strukturerat och självständigt.

Som person är du analytisk, nyfiken och ansvarstagande. Du har integritet och mod att ställa frågor och utmana arbetssätt på ett konstruktivt sätt. Affari of Sweden arbetar med inredning och produkter för hem och miljöer. I den här rollen får du möjlighet att bidra till verksamhetens fortsatta utveckling med bättre beslutsunderlag, uppföljning och ekonomisk styrning. Du är anställd i Stommen Group, med huvudsakligt uppdrag för Affari of Sweden i Markaryd.
