Essential Responsibilities

Creative Direction and Brand Execution

  • Translate approved brand and marketing strategy into cohesive visual concepts, campaigns, and materials for digital and print channels.
  • Create and oversee graphics, presentations, sales collateral, signage, recruitment materials, and other branded assets; maintain practical templates and an organized asset library.
  • Partner with internal design and communications colleagues and external vendors to manage creative quality, priorities, deadlines, and production.

Social Media and Content Production

  • Own day-to-day corporate social media planning, publishing, community engagement, and reporting across approved platforms.
  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar featuring culinary innovation, nutrition programs such as Food4Life, employee stories, client partnerships, and company initiatives.
  • Personally develop copy, graphics, photography, and short-form video; coordinate larger shoots and specialized production as needed.
  • Create a simple process for Food Service Directors and field teams to submit stories, photos, and videos, supported by clear content guidelines and approval steps.
  • Confirm appropriate permissions and approvals before publishing content featuring students, employees, clients, or client locations; escalate sensitive comments and issues through designated channels.

Digital Experience and Campaign Performance

  • Manage website content and coordinate updates with internal stakeholders and external web partners to keep information accurate, engaging, accessible, and consistent with the brand.
  • Execute digital campaigns supporting brand awareness, business development, client engagement, and recruiting; coordinate paid media and email campaigns as assigned.
  • Monitor engagement, website traffic, campaign responses, and other relevant measures; use results to improve content and recommend where to invest effort and budget.

Collaboration and Project Management

  • Partner with Human Resources on employer branding, recruiting campaigns, and employee stories, and with sales and operations on client-facing materials.
  • Manage creative requests, production schedules, vendor relationships, and assigned budgets; communicate priorities and resolve competing deadlines.
  • Support executive storytelling, industry events, and company announcements with timely creative and digital materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Seven or more years of progressive experience in creative, digital marketing, or brand content roles, including experience leading projects and directing creative work.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, social media content, digital campaigns, and storytelling, with examples of personal contributions and results.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable professional design tools, video editing software, content management systems, social media publishing tools, and digital analytics.
  • Strong writing, editing, visual judgment, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creative direction with daily production and manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in foodservice, hospitality, education, consumer brands, manufacturing, or another business with multiple locations.
  • Experience photographing food, producing short-form video, supporting employer branding, and enabling local teams to contribute content.
  • Experience with SEO, paid social, email marketing, agency management, and responsible use of AI-assisted creative tools with human review.

Measures of Success

Success includes a consistent brand across channels, a dependable publishing cadence, stronger engagement with relevant audiences, timely delivery of quality creative work, and a sustainable flow of approved field content. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
