  • Maintain accurate system documentation and support disciplined change-management practices.
  • Plan and assist with system changes, upgrades, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train customer teams on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of contracted Tait products and services.
  • Partner with sales and business development colleagues to identify opportunities and support the customer throughout the engagement lifecycle.

What you’ll bring

  • A degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong technical and systems knowledge, ideally involving critical communications, radio networks, managed services, or a related environment.
  • Experience in incident and problem management, network analysis, service delivery, or technical consulting.
  • Sound judgment and a structured approach to solving complex problems, including under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Clear, concise communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A customer-focused, collaborative approach and the credibility to build trusted relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Availability to work primarily at the customer’s premises during business hours, with flexibility to support planned or extended unplanned events.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and work occasional additional hours when required.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
