Job Description

  • The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products, services, brand image, and business activities. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, developing promotional materials, coordinating advertising activities, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • The Marketing Manager also supervises marketing activities, monitors campaign performance, manages marketing budgets, and works closely with management and other departments to achieve the company's business objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products, services, and brand.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Develop promotional plans to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
  • Manage the company's social media platforms, online advertising, and digital marketing activities.
  • Prepare marketing content, advertisements, brochures, promotional materials, and other publicity materials.
  • Coordinate with designers, advertising agencies, suppliers, and external business partners on marketing projects.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on customer engagement, sales results, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of company resources.
  • Identify new marketing channels and promotional opportunities to increase brand awareness and business revenue.
  • Organise and coordinate promotional events, special campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, brand management, or a related field.
  • Experience planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Experience conducting market research and analysing customer behaviour and market trends.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and online marketing campaigns, where applicable.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors, advertising agencies, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Experience managing marketing projects and ensuring that activities are completed within established timelines.
  • he Marketing Manager reports to the General Manager, Operations Manager, Managing Director, or another designated senior management representative.
