Job Description

The Performing Artist is responsible for entertaining audiences through live performances at the company's designated entertainment venue. The role involves delivering artistic performances, engaging with audiences, participating in rehearsals, and maintaining professional standards throughout each performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform live entertainment shows, including singing, dancing, music, or other artistic performances according to the assigned role.
  • Attend rehearsals and prepare for scheduled performances.
  • Engage and interact professionally with audiences during performances.
  • Follow the performance schedule and instructions provided by the management.
  • Maintain appropriate appearance, costumes, and stage presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with other performers, musicians, and entertainment staff.
  • Ensure that performances meet the company's quality and entertainment standards.
  • Take proper care of costumes, musical instruments, props, and other performance equipment.
  • Follow workplace safety rules, venue regulations, and company policies.
  • Participate in special events and other entertainment activities as assigned by management.
  • Previous experience in live entertainment, stage performances, music, singing, dancing, or another relevant performing arts discipline.
  • Practical experience performing in entertainment venues, clubs, lounges, hotels, theatres, events, or similar establishments, where applicable.
  • Experience preparing performance materials and participating in rehearsals before live shows.
