Gerente de Soluções em Saúde

Sobre a posição

Como Gerente de Soluções em Saúde, você será responsável por compreender a jornada dos pacientes com narcolepsia e os desafios de acesso ao diagnóstico, tratamento e continuidade do cuidado em seu território de atuação.

Seu papel será mapear o ecossistema do Laboratório / Clínica de Sono, desenvolver e implementar soluções que reduzam gargalos nessa jornada, articulando-se com diferentes stakeholders do sistema de saúde — incluindo profissionais de saúde, gestores, instituições públicas e privadas, saúde suplementar, líderes de opinião e áreas internas da Takeda.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Compreender e mapear a jornada do paciente, identificando gaps e barreiras relacionados a diagnóstico, acesso, tratamento e adesão;
  • Desenvolver e implementar soluções e projetos que contribuam para melhorar o acesso dos pacientes aos tratamentos;
  • Gerenciar contas institucionais e construir relacionamentos sustentáveis com profissionais de saúde, gestores, instituições públicas e privadas, operadoras e demais stakeholders;
  • Elaborar e executar planos táticos de acesso alinhados às estratégias da Takeda e às particularidades de cada instituição ou região;
  • Atuar com líderes de opinião locais (KOLs), apoiando iniciativas e eventos científicos sobre doença, diagnóstico e tratamento;
  • Manter conhecimento técnico sobre produtos, concorrência, estudos clínicos, protocolos de tratamento e políticas de saúde;
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com áreas internas, como Marketing, Acesso, Medical, Comercial e Compliance;
  • Garantir que todas as iniciativas estejam em conformidade com os princípios éticos, as políticas de Compliance e o modelo de governança da Takeda.

Pré-requisitos

  • Formação superior completa em áreas da Saúde, como medicina, farmácia, enfermagem, biologia, entre outras;
  • Experiência prévia em acesso ao mercado, gestão de contas, relacionamento institucional, demanda, área comercial ou soluções em saúde;
  • Conhecimento do sistema de saúde brasileiro, incluindo os contextos público, privado e de saúde suplementar;
  • Vivência na condução de projetos, implementação de planos táticos ou estratégias voltadas à jornada do paciente;
  • Habilidade para se relacionar e influenciar diferentes públicos, com comunicação clara, visão estratégica e capacidade de negociação;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens, conforme a necessidade da posição em todo o território nacional.
  • Inglês Avançado;
  • Experiência prévia em atuação cross-functional no setor farmacêutico ou de saúde.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em neurociências, doenças raras ou especialidades;
  • Conhecimento de estudos clínicos, protocolos de tratamento, políticas de saúde e incorporação de tecnologias.

Para internos:

  • Para se aplicar, deve possuir cargo mínimo como Consultor Sr e também, possuir experiência prévia e consolidada em campo dentro de Specialty Care;
  • Esta posição poderá contar com auxílio financeiro e suporte para transferência, conforme os critérios da política de transferência da empresa.
