kaiserkraft, eine starke Marke der TAKKT-Gruppe sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams in Stuttgart motivierte Mitarbeiter/-innen als Sachbearbeiter Kundendienst (m/w/d) um gemeinsam die Zukunft der Arbeit zu gestalten!

Woran Du mitgestaltest:

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Betreuung und Beratung zu dem gesamten Produktportfolio
  • Telefonisches und schriftliches Nachfassen von Angeboten sowie Pflege und Aktualisierung von Listen externer Dienstleister
  • Erstellung von Angeboten für verschiedene Dienstleistungspaket
  • Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Reklamationen
  • Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen, darunter Inside Sales, Area Sales, externe Dienstleister, Team Disposition und Buchhaltung

Was Dich auszeichnet:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie entsprechende Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Innendienstfunktion
  • Kompetenz in der internen und externen Beratung bei technischen Kundenanfragen
  • Sichere kommunikative Fähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Erfahrung in der Kundengewinnung und Kundenbetreuung im Innendienst
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP- und CRM-Systemen sowie idealerweise mit Microsoft 365
  • Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
