Dein Job

Als Spezialist für TAKTIQ bringst du unsere Softwarelösung mit der realen Produktion unserer Kunden zusammen. Du lernst Planungs- und Produktionsprozesse in verschiedenen Branchen verstehen und die Herausforderungen mit Hilfe der AssemblySuite zu lösen. Du begleitest unsere Kunden vom Pilotprojekt bis zur Systemeinführung.

Das erwartet dich

  • Durchführung von Pilot- und Einführungsprojekten bei Neukunden
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Kundenaccounts und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von (Austaktungs-)Workshops mit internationalen Kunden, remote und vor Ort (deutsch & englisch)
  • Austausch mit Key-Usern sowie Kommunikation von Neuerungen in Anwendertreffen
  • Fachliche und technische Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Anwendung von TAKTIQ
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Optimierung von Produktionsplanung und Austaktung
  • Analyse von Datenstrukturen in Kundensystemen zur Umsetzung der Systemintegration mit TAKTIQ
  • Erstellung von Anforderungsanalysen und Mitarbeit bei der Spezifikation von Produktfunktionen gemeinsam mit der Produktentwicklung
  • Identifikation und Verfolgung von Potenzialen bei Bestandskunden mit dem Ziel, den Einsatz von TAKTIQ kontinuierlich auszubauen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit international führenden Unternehmen vom Mittelstand bis zum Konzern

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, idealerweise im Bereich Austaktung
  • Erfahrung mit der Fahrzeugproduktion oder vergleichbaren industriellen Fertigungsumgebungen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und der eigenständigen Betreuung von Projekten
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Freude daran, gemeinsam mit Kunden praxisnahe Softwarelösungen zu entwickeln
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Softwarelösungen sowie für die Anforderungen und Perspektiven von Anwendern
  • Vertriebliches Gespür und die Motivation, Kundenbeziehungen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Kontaktfreude im Umgang mit Kunden und Anwendern
