Vi søger kok til vores restaurant i Vejle.
Gerne med erfaring fra asisatisk restauration eller catering ville det være et plus.

Om dine kvalifikations:

• Du har færdigheder inden for det asiatiske køkken

• Du har erfaring med at arbejde i et travlt køkken og evnen til at håndtere stressede situationer

• Du er selvstændig og har masser af teamspirit, og så skal du selvfølgelig være stabil og engageret i dit arbejde

• Du kan kommunikere ubesværet på dansk, engelsk eller kinesisk

• Du bringer godt humør med på arbejde, og kan holde overblik - også når det spidser til

Det er vigtigt, at du kan arbejde selvstændigt, og under pres. Dine daglige opgaver er bl.a, Samarbejde med køkkenpersonale, bestilling og modtagelse af varer samt opfølgning, lave varm mad og tilsyn med takeaway ordrer og gæsternes mad i restauranten.
Dine arbejdstimer ligger indenfor 12-21 og bliver fordelt via vagtplan. Dette er et fuldtidsjob。

I køkkenet arbejder flere forskellige nationaliteter og restaurantpersonalet er fortrinsvis danskere.
Når du starter, får du grundig oplæring og vi sørger for, at du løbende får ledelsestræning, så du bliver endnu bedre til at drive og udvikle køkkenet

Cook Wanted
We are seeking a cook for our restaurant in Vejle.
Experience in asian restaurants or catering would be a plus.

Your qualifications:

• You possess skills within Asian cuisine.

• You have experience working in a busy kitchen and the ability to handle stressful situations.

• You are independent, have plenty of team spirit, and are stable and committed to your work.

• You can communicate fluently in Danish, English, or Chinese.

• You bring a positive attitude to work and can maintain composure even during challenging times.

It's important that you can work independently and under pressure. Your daily tasks include collaborating with kitchen staff, ordering and receiving goods, overseeing the preparation of hot dishes, and supervising takeaway orders and guest meals in the restaurant.

Your working hours are within 12-21 and will be distributed through a shift plan. This is a full-time job.

The kitchen comprises staff of various nationalities, with the restaurant team primarily being Danish.

Upon starting, you will receive thorough training, and we will ensure you receive ongoing leadership training to enhance your kitchen management and development skills.
