Au sein de Coexya, la practice CMP – Content Management Paris est reconnue pour son expertise autour de la gestion de contenu d’entreprise et de la communication client, sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie documentaire.

Description du poste

CONTEXTE

La practice CMP – Content Management Paris est un centre de compétences du Groupe Coexya spécialisé sur le cycle de vie du document :

  • Flux entrants (dématérialisation courrier, factures…)
  • Gestion Electronique de Documents
  • Archivage électronique et papier,
  • Signature électronique,
  • Flux sortants : composition et envoi des documents, communications sortante multi-canal (papier, web, mail, SMS),

En assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage, pilotage, expertise fonctionnelle et suivi de production, CMP accompagne ses clients à toutes les étapes de leurs projets ECM, Les consultants interviennent depuis les phases amont (études, cadrage), pilotage de BUILD ou business analyse, jusqu’aux phases d’exploitation et d’industrialisation des activités de RUN.

CE QUE L’ON VOUS PROPOSE

Pour venir renforcer nos équipes, nous cherchons nos futurs talents :

Consultant Fonctionnel / Business Analyst ECM F/H.

Vous interviendrez sur des projets ECM structurants, mêlant conseil, cadrage fonctionnel, accompagnement projet et pilotage de production.

Exemples de missions :

  • Etude, spécifications fonctionnelles, recette, …
  • Suivi de production de la numérisation des courriers entrants auprès de prestataires de numérisation
  • Étude d’optimisation du traitement des Plis Non Distribués (PND)

Intégré au sein du pôle ECM, vous prendrez en charge les missions suivantes

Missions de conseil :

  • analyse de l’existant,
  • analyse des besoins métiers,
  • benchmark de solutions et d’organisations

Missions d’assistance à RFI / RFP :

  • élaboration des grilles de notation,
  • participation aux soutenances,
  • notation des offres,
  • restitution et aide à la décision

Missions d’accompagnement et d’appui au pilotage de projet :

  • rédaction des livrables fonctionnels,
  • coordination des acteurs,
  • assistance à la recette

Missions d’appui au pilotage de production :

  • suivi des prestations,
  • suivi et analyse des incidents,
  • maintenance évolutive.

Qualifications

CE QUE L’ON ATTEND DE VOUS

  • Formation Bac +4/5 en informatique ou école supérieure de commerce.
  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience sur des missions de :
  1. conseil,
  2. accompagnement projet, avec une expérience ECM obligatoire dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants (Démat, GED, Archivage, signature électronique, éditique).
  3. De solides compétences d’écoute et de synthèse, permettant de comprendre les enjeux techniques et métiers et de faire le lien entre la MOA et la MOE.

• Capacité à dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs métiers et techniques

• Rigueur fonctionnelle et sens du détail

• Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse

• Sens du service et du collectif

ENVIRONNEMENT TECHNIQUE

Un background technique constitue un atout apprécié pour comprendre les environnements SI et dialoguer efficacement avec les équipes techniques.
