Empresa líder en servicios B2B busca Gerente de Abastecimiento Estratégico que convierta la gestión de compras en un verdadero motor de eficiencia, innovación y generación de valor para el negocio.

#ResponsabilidadesPrincipales *Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia integral de abastecimiento, asegurando costos competitivos, calidad, servicio y cumplimiento de tiempos. *Negociar y gestionar contratos clave con proveedores locales, nacionales e internacionales, logrando condiciones sostenibles y de alto impacto. *Implementar procesos estandarizados, trazabilidad y control de KPIs, apoyándose en ERP y herramientas de Business Intelligence. *Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones de largo plazo con proveedores estratégicos de alto desempeño (Supplier Relationship Management - SRM). *Promover la mejora continua mediante la aplicación de mejores prácticas globales de procurement y atención efectiva a clientes internos.

#Requisitos *Formación en Administración, Ing. Industrial, Finanzas, Comercio Exterior o carreras afines. *MBA/Postgrado en Supply Chain o Procurement (altamente valorado). *+7 años de experiencia comprobada liderando procesos de compras y abastecimiento (local e internacional). *Manejo avanzado de ERP, Procure-to-Pay y BI. *Inglés avanzado (excluyente); Portugués intermedio deseable. *Conocimientos de ISO 9001, ISO 22000 y BPMs.
