The posting

Als Preventieadviseur Niveau II bij Talenco Group sta je in voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en opvolgen van het preventiebeleid binnen bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten. Je ondersteunt de werkgever en de hiërarchische lijn bij het waarborgen van veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn op tijdelijke en mobiele bouwplaatsen, conform de geldende wetgeving.

Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor veiligheid op de werf en werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders, aannemers en externe partners.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Preventie & veiligheid

  • Uitwerken, implementeren en opvolgen van het globaal preventieplan (GPP) en het jaarlijks actieplan (JAP)
  • Adviseren van management en werfleiding over veiligheids- en welzijnsmaatregelen
  • Identificeren en analyseren van risico’s eigen aan infrastructuurwerken (grondwerken, wegenbouw, kunstwerken, nutsleidingen, …)
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van risicoanalyses, LMRA’s, TRA’s en veiligheidsinstructies
  • Controleren van de naleving van de Codex Welzijn op het Werk en de VCA-richtlijnen

Werfopvolging

  • Uitvoeren van werfbezoeken en veiligheidsrondes
  • Toezien op veilige werkmethodes, gebruik van PBM’s en correcte signalisatie
  • Ondersteunen bij de organisatie van tijdelijke en mobiele bouwplaatsen (TMB)
  • Adviseren bij de opmaak en evaluatie van veiligheids- en gezondheidsplannen

Incidenten & rapportering

  • Onderzoeken van arbeidsongevallen en bijna-ongevallen
  • Opstellen van ongevallen rapporten en formuleren van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen
  • Opvolgen van actiepunten en rapporteren aan directie en betrokken stakeholders

Opleiding & sensibilisering

  • Organiseren en geven van toolbox-meetings, veiligheidsopleidingen en sensibilisatiecampagnes
  • Verhogen van het veiligheidsbewustzijn bij arbeiders, onderaannemers en leidinggevenden

Samenwerking & communicatie

  • Samenwerken met externe preventiediensten, veiligheidscoördinatoren, arbeidsartsen en inspectiediensten
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor aannemers en onderaannemers inzake welzijn en veiligheid

Profiel

Opleiding

  • Erkend Preventieadviseur Niveau II (conform Belgische wetgeving)
  • Bij voorkeur technische opleiding (bouwkunde, elektromechanica, infrastructuur, …)

Ervaring

  • Bij voorkeur minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring als preventieadviseur in de bouw- of infrastructuursector

Kennis

  • Grondige kennis van de Codex Welzijn op het Werk
  • Ervaring met bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten
  • Kennis van VCA, TMB-regelgeving en veiligheidscoördinatie
  • Inzicht in werfrisico’s en bouwmethodes
