Job Summary

You will manage enquiries from WhatsApp and social media platforms, coordinate customer viewings remotely, provide basic administrative support, track and update inventory levels, and assist with posting marketing content on social media.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to enquiries from WhatsApp and social media platforms to support customer engagement
  • Coordinate and schedule customer viewings efficiently, primarily working from home
  • Perform basic administrative tasks to support daily operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and update records when stock is low to ensure accurate tracking
  • Assist in marketing efforts by posting photos and short videos on social media pages to promote products and events

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficient in using computers and social media platforms to perform communication and marketing tasks
