💰 Salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month 📍 Location: Joo Koon (Walking Distance to MRT) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm

💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HR Management Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination and employee relations. Handle work pass applications, staff training and welfare. Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labour laws. Maintain employee records and support manpower planning.

2. Office Administration Oversee daily office operations, facilities, equipment and expenses. Coordinate meetings, appointments, company events and internal communications. Handle staff enquiries and supervise administrative staff. Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with company policies.

3. Project Coordination Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and authorities on site arrangements and project progress. Review drawings and specifications, plan schedules and monitor site works. Manage project manpower, vendors, material purchases and deliveries. Resolve site issues, handle claims and prepare progress reports. Monitor project budgets, attend site meetings and ensure timely project completion and handover.

✅ JOB REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR, office management or administration. - Prior experience in construction or project site coordination is preferred. - Experience managing a sizeable workforce and handling end-to-end HR functions is an advantage. - Good knowledge of HR policies, employment practices and local labour regulations. - Strong organisational, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. - Able to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work independently. - Good planning skills with the ability to manage deadlines and resolve operational issues.
