Als Aankoop Assistent in regio Waregem combineer je aankoop, leveranciersbeheer en logistieke opvolging en zorg je met Microsoft Dynamics en Excel voor een vlotte goederenstroom binnen een internationale productieomgeving.

  • Je beheert de aankopen van materialen en goederen voor de productie van maatwerk en volgt bestellingen nauwkeurig op.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers over prijzen, leveringstermijnen, kwaliteit, klachten en lopende bestellingen.
  • Je volgt leveranciers op rond kwaliteit, kost en levering en werkt mee aan hun evaluatie.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen, prijzen en andere aankoopgegevens correct in het ERP-systeem Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Je bewaakt de goederenstroom van inkomende materialen tot afgewerkte producten en zoekt naar praktische verbeteringen.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met collega's van Planning, Kwaliteit, Finance, Sales, Productie en Magazijn.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer om leveringen en goederen te controleren en snel in te grijpen bij problemen.
  • Je organiseert transporten en maakt duidelijke afspraken met transportpartners over prijs, planning en service.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen aankoop en logistiek en helpt processen efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor in een technische of economische richting, of je bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 3 jaar ervaring in aankoop, supply chain of logistieke opvolging binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt technische interesse en begrijpt hoe productieprocessen en goederenstromen werken.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Excel en ERP-systemen; ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics is een sterke troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan professioneel overleggen in het Engels en Frans; kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je onderhandelt graag, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt overzicht wanneer deadlines en prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Je bent hands-on, oplossingsgericht en werkt graag samen in een professionele en open bedrijfscultuur.
