The posting

Job Description:

  • Serves as the liaison and the reference point between the business and the technical analyst in making sure the requirements are clearly understood and translated to the functional requirements by leveraging on the resources and skill-set within and across the work-streams
  • Support product owner, SME (Subject Matter Expert), engineers and architects in solutioning conversations, ensuring optimum leverage in underlying components while meeting business needs
  • Conduct prioritization with product owner
  • Play scrum master role and perform sprint planning
  • Ensure squad members have accurate understanding on user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure delivery (code/product) is adequately tested to an acceptable standards
  • Ensure UAT sign off is secured for deployment into production
  • Use data to elaborate and justify
  • Escalate risks and issue as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience with exposure to Life Insurance products / Financial Industry
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Experience with AI prompt engineering or using AI tool
