The posting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical performance of generators, BESS, power cables and distribution boards.
  • Lead product testing, technical reviews and design improvements to enhance reliability, efficiency and safety.
  • Evaluate new technologies and conduct feasibility studies for new product development.
  • Guide and mentor engineers and technicians to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors and external partners on product evaluation and technical solutions.
  • Provide technical support to sales and business development teams during client discussions.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments in power generation, energy storage and hybrid power systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in power solutions, generators, BESS or power distribution systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of power generation, energy storage and distribution.
  • Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams.
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical requirements and practical applications.
  • Familiarity with Singapore safety and regulatory standards is an advantage.
