Employment Details:

  • Salary: S$8,500 and above
  • Opportunities: Regional business exposure
  • Location: Singapore (Regional Travel Required)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Annual Leave: 14 Days + 1 Day Birthday Leave

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in overseas markets, with a primary focus on the Middle East region.
  • Identify and establish business relationships with equipment distributors, rental companies, contractors and industrial customers.
  • Promote and sell power generation systems, energy solutions and related industrial equipment to regional customers.
  • Drive new business acquisition through market development, customer engagement and sales negotiations.
  • Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms and securing orders.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify potential distributors and channel partners to strengthen regional market coverage.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate customer requirements, product specifications, pricing and project deliverables.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at overseas business meetings, industry exhibitions and trade events when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development or regional sales, preferably within the power generation, construction machinery, industrial equipment or related industries.
  • Experience selling generators, power systems, energy storage solutions, construction equipment or other industrial machinery will be advantageous.
  • Prior experience dealing with overseas equipment distributors, machinery dealers or equipment rental companies is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new customers, negotiate commercial agreements and achieve sales targets.
  • Experience managing regional distributors or developing international markets will be advantageous.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to manage business opportunities from initial engagement through to closure.
  • Willing to travel overseas regularly for business development activities.
  • Familiarity with Middle East markets will be an added advantage.
