Propósito del puesto:

Serás responsable de la eficiencia, rentabilidad y calidad del servicio en todas las sucursales, además de lidera y supervisar las operaciones diarias, estandarizando procedimientos, implementando innovaciones tecnológicas y garantizando la eficiencia operativa. Este puesto es clave para asegurar que se mantenga la calidad, eficiencia, y rentabilidad en todas las ubicaciones, apoyando la mejora continua y alineando los procesos con los estándares esperados.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, o campo relacionado. Se valorará positivamente un posgrado en Administración o Gestión de Operaciones.
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de operaciones en una cadena de restaurantes de comida rápida o empresas de servicio al cliente.
  • Gestión de operaciones de restaurante
  • Control de costos y presupuesto
  • Experiencia en gestión de inventarios
  • Experiencia y Conocimiento de Seguridad alimentaria e higiene
  • Conocimiento en herramientas de mejora continua como Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, entre otras
  • Conocimiento de software de gestión de proyectos (Ej. Odoo, MS Project, Trello, etc.) y herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel avanzado, Power BI, etc.).
  • Conocimiento de Marketing operacional
