Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

Job Description

  • Support New, Renewal And Outdated Quotes With Direction From Sales Managers/TM.
  • Provide First Line Support For Customer Inquiries In Timely And Consistent Manner.
  • Manage Accounts And Develop Trusted Advisor Relationships Especially With Key Accounts; Coordinates With The TM Working On The Same Account To Ensure Consistent Service.
  • Manage For New And Prospective Clients In The Company CRM Ensuring All Communication Is Logged And Accurate.
  • Assess And Assist The Various Sales Team Requests Related To Technical Problems And Provide Solutions.
  • Provide Regular Reporting On Client Service Utilization, As Well As Analysis Of Usage Trends And Service Opportunities; Help Then Increase Usage; Detect And Prevent Potential Cancellations.
  • Help Define, Implement And Manage Client Communication Plans To Support Product Usage And Growth In Accordance With Overall Account Strategy.
  • Proactively Contact Clients To Check In, Answer Questions, Identify Training Needs And Schedule Training If Needed.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication or any other related field​
  • At least 2 years working experience in account management.
  • High level of personal initiative.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Good analytical and multi-task skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
