Job Responsibilities

  • Spearhead end-to-end IT project execution, ensuring successful delivery of system development and application maintenance initiatives.
  • Oversee ServiceNow SaaS implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Coordinate application development and maintenance activities involving .NET and Java-based systems to maintain system reliability and performance.
  • Establish comprehensive project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
  • Drive project execution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting approaches according to project requirements and complexity.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance activities, and system deployment to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
  • Monitor outsourced vendor performance, ensuring contractual obligations, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are fulfilled.
  • Identify potential project risks, security concerns, and operational challenges while implementing appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Prepare project status reports, maintain project documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, expenditure, and outstanding issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Business, and required to have PMP certification or equivalent practical project management experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in maintaining system in Agile and Waterfall approach.
  • Hands-on experience managing development/ management projects, with user acceptance testing (UAT) and familiar with management tools like JIRA / Confluence
  • Proven ability to manage external vendors, project budgets, schedules, security risks, and stakeholder expectations
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
