Manufacturing Technician

$3,400 – $3,600

4334 days shift (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment to support daily manufacturing activities.
  • Perform product and process changeovers according to approved recipes and parameters.
  • Train operators on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
  • Troubleshoot production issues and conduct preliminary root cause analysis.
  • Perform quality inspections, precision measurements, and chemical analysis where required.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Monitor inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and consumables.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.

Requirements:

  • Nitec in Engineering, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in semiconductor, PCB, or substrate manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MES and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear the required PPE.
  • Willing to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts and overtime when required.
  • Chemical handling, EHS, or ISO quality-related certifications are an advantage.
