Als Sales Assistant ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen het bedrijf: jouw rol is cruciaal om de samenwerking tussen klanten en interne stakeholders (sales, planning en transportafdeling) in goede banen te leiden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn divers:

  • First line telefonie voor onze klanten: je staat in voor het telefonisch beantwoorden van al hun vragen m.b.t. prijzen, voorraad, bestellingen, leveringen, klachten…
  • Orderverwerking: je verwerkt binnenkomende bestellingen in SAP en coördineert de levering samen met de klant en de interne transportafdeling. Als probleemoplosser anticipeer je op vragen van klanten en ondersteun je hen bij het beheer van hun orderboek.
  • Commerciële ondersteuning: je voorziet de sales managers, agenten en de commerciële directie van de nodige commerciële gegevens.
  • Samenwerking & optimalisatie: je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s, ondersteunt elkaar als back-up en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen.
  • Je behaalde een hoger diploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office (Word, Excel). Ervaring met SAP is een sterk pluspunt.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans, zowel mondeling als geschreven.
  • Je bent bovendien klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en enthousiast om klanten telefonisch te woord te staan. Interne en externe contacten geven je energie.
  • Je bent een dynamische collegiale persoon met een goede zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Bovendien werk je zeer nauwkeurig, sta je in voor een correcte opvolging, ben je flexibel en stressbestendig.
