Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed records of repair and reconditioning activities.
  • Support cross-functional teams and site visits for deeper technical analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance to peers and improve workshop processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to mentor and provide feedback to team members.
  • Awareness of cultural differences in managing multi-national teams.
