The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of purchasing activities, including sourcing, RFQ preparation, price negotiation, shipping coordination, and delivery follow-up.
  • Review and procure materials, components, and equipment according to MRP requirements.
  • Monitor and expedite material deliveries with vendors to align with production schedules and address any supply issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the supply chain and planning teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels by reviewing and implementing stocking rules as defined by management.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment arrangements, tracking, and customs documentation.
  • Oversee supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and inventory targets.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing documentation, including vendor setup, database updates, and submission of PO/DN/invoices to Finance.
  • Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) and NCT (Non-Conformance Tracking) cases with suppliers.
  • Support and implement cost reduction initiatives to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) to support procurement and production needs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in procurement, team management and cost saving projects in the semiconductor or contract manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience in EMS, electronics, electrical, or contract manufacturing industries preferred
  • Got normal shift and weekend shift position, Weekend shift is Work from home Sat and Sunday
