The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites.
  • Diagnose equipment faults and perform repairs, adjustments and technical servicing.
  • Support machine setup, installation, modifications and process development.
  • Assist senior engineers with robot teaching and sub-unit servicing.
  • Prepare technical reports and attend team meetings and presentations.
  • Handle service-related jigs and ad-hoc delivery tasks.
  • Provide on-site technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform 24/7 standby duties, shift work and occasional travel as required.

Requirements:

  • Nitec or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering.
  • Experience in equipment installation, servicing, troubleshooting or repair.
  • Good technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication, documentation and customer service skills.
  • Cleanroom experience is an advantage.
