🚀 WE’RE HIRING: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – ELEVATOR INDUSTRY 🛗

Are you an experienced elevator or lift maintenance professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills? This is an exciting opportunity to join the elevator industry, lead maintenance operations, and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of lift systems.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily elevator and lift maintenance activities.
  • Lead and guide technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, breakdown response, and repair works.
  • Ensure all maintenance works comply with safety standards, technical requirements, and relevant regulations.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce recurring breakdowns.
  • Coordinate manpower, maintenance schedules, site assignments, and emergency call-outs.
  • Liaise with customers, building management, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and ensure proper documentation of service activities.
  • Support technician development and maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

👨‍🔧 Requirements

  • Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in elevator/lift maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or repair.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of lift systems, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to manage maintenance priorities effectively.
