Job Description:

  • Partner with Location Managers and Country HR teams to provide support in developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Collaborate with Country HR teams to ensure consistency with global HR guidelines and compliance with local employment legislation.
  • Assist in workforce planning exercises, headcount reviews, and HR-related reporting.
  • Manage and coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including vacancy advertisements, candidate shortlisting, interview arrangements, and pre-employment background screening.
  • Contribute to regional employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement and workplace relations activities.
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys, feedback sessions, and focus group discussions.
  • Participate in organizational development, business transformation, and change management projects.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for employee-related HR enquiries and provide basic guidance and support.
  • Assist in annual performance reviews and appraisal exercises, including salary adjustments, promotion recommendations, and job grading assessments.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking exercises and support market compensation analysis.
  • Organize and facilitate training programmes, learning activities, and employee development initiatives.
  • Compile and generate regular HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, employee turnover, and workforce analytics.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR documentation and employee records.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or any related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Human Resources role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
