Voor een professionele organisatie in de regio Kallo zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Supply Chain Coordinator.

In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je de dagelijkse logistieke en supplychainactiviteiten en zorg je mee voor een vlot verloop van de verschillende processen.

Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen en externe partners en krijgt de kans om stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je ondersteunt en coördineert de dagelijkse logistieke en supplychainactiviteiten.
  • Je volgt bestellingen, leveringen en transporten nauwgezet op.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met interne diensten, leveranciers en externe logistieke partners.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert gegevens in digitale systemen.
  • Je signaleert mogelijke problemen of vertragingen en denkt actief mee over oplossingen.
  • Je helpt logistieke processen te optimaliseren en efficiënter te organiseren.
  • Je bewaakt mee de correcte en tijdige uitvoering van logistieke afspraken.
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding of relevante basiskennis in logistiek of supply chain.
  • Je bent een starter of hebt een eerste werkervaring binnen een logistieke omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een extra troef.
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en leert vlot werken met nieuwe software en systemen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee.
  • Je blijft rustig bij deadlines en veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en jezelf professioneel te ontwikkelen.

Belangrijk: Ervaring is geen vereiste! Motivatie, leergierigheid en interesse in logistieke processen zijn voor deze functie doorslaggevend.
